John Krasinski will make his stage debut at the Public Theater this spring in ?Dry Powder,? a new play to be staged by ?Hamilton? director Thomas Kail. Krasinski will play one of the finance-world power brokers at the center of Sarah Burgess? play, in which the head of a private equity firm must deal with a PR disaster resulting from the blowout engagement party he threw during the same week that his company forced layoffs at a grocery store chain. Krasinski will play one of the company?s executives, who comes up with a solution to the problem but finds himself battling another exec with a different agenda.
