Congratulations are in order for Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black ! The Olympic diver, 21, and the Oscar-winning Milk screenwriter, 41, announced their engagement in the births, marriages and deaths section of The Times Thursday, the same way Benedict Cumberbatch chose to announce his engagement to his now-wife, Sophie Hunter , in November 2014. Daley first discussed his sexuality via a YouTube video in December 2013. At the time, he said he was in a relationship, though he did not name Black. It was always in the back of my head that something like that could happen.
