If you were secretly hoping that Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting's divorce announcement was just a cruel joke, then we have some bad news for you.
E! News has obtained the divorce petition filed by the Big Bang Theory actress against her hubby of nearly 21 months on Sept. 25 in Los Angeles Superior Court. Cuoco cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
The court documents also list Sept. 3 as the date of separation, and reveal that a prenuptial agreement was signed on Nov. 20, 2013, but no details concerning what that agreement entails has been released.
