Sharon Stone will be the honored guest on Thursday at an art photography auction to benefit the AIDS Monument in West Hollywood. Works from photographers including Ed Ruscha, Catherine Opie, William Wegman and Greg Gorman, Jeff Wall and Julius Shulman will be auctioned at the event, called Photo15, at Milk Studios. The proceeds will benefit the AIDS Monument, to be built in West Hollywood Park. The monument was designed by Daniel Tobin of Urban Art Projects and will have a physical and digital commemoration, in which visitors can upload their own memorials.
