VIDEO : Jeff Daniels and Michelle Williams to Star in Broadway Play

According to reports, Jeff Daniels and Michelle Williams will star in a Broadway staging of ?Blackbird,? the David Harrower play which will be directed by Joe Mantello. Daniels, who starred in the HBO series ?The Newsroom,? was last on Broadway in the 2009 Broadway production of ?God of Carnage.? Williams, meanwhile, made her Broadway debut in the 2014 revival of ?Cabaret.? Harrower?s drama ?Blackbird? centers on the uncomfortable reunion of an older man and younger woman who haven?t seen each other since their relationship ended some 15 years earlier. ?Blackbird? has nabbed a spring slot in Broadway?s Belasco Theater, where the revival of ?Hedwig and the Angry Inch? recently ended.
