Sophia Bush stepped out with her on-again boyfriend, Jesse Lee Soffer, in New York City on Sunday. The couple, who met on and star in Chicago P.D., held hands as they took a sweet stroll on Sept. 27. Sophia looked cute in a dress and comfy flats while Jesse looked dapper in jeans and a shirt. The pair, who dated for nearly a year before splitting in June, also stepped out later on Sunday in different outfits.
