A young woman has claimed the rapper?s bodyguard drugged and raped her, and says Ross and his record companies are also to blame.

The drink-and-drug cocktail packed too much of a punch, leaving her comatose as rapper Rick Ross?s 42-year-old bodyguard Nadrian James (and possibly others) allegedly violated her, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Sept. 18.The complaint tees up its accusations against Ross, his record label Maybach, and Warner Music Group, by claiming the victim suffered from being drugged and raped by Ross?s bodyguard ?and possibly others.? It goes on to say that both record companies are on the hook for fostering ?an environment in which drugs and rape were not only tolerated and condoned but also encouraged.?
Multiple attempts made by The Daily Beast to Rick Ross and Nadrian James's criminal attorneys, reps and relatives were not returned.
