After two long years on and off the market Kid Rock has re-listed his Bali-inspired estate on Malibu?s celeb-favored Point Dume for the fourth time with a new and reduced asking price of $12.495 million. Besides the Malibu spread he can?t seem to sell even at ever lower prices, the politically outspoken rapper and southern rock revivalist also owns a townhouse type residence in a gated development just outside of downtown Nashville, Tennessee, that?s he?s quietly had on the market since June at $799,000, which is a touch less than the $824,900 he paid for the place in 2005.
