Stereogum reports Kurt Cobain's haunting cover of the Beatles' "And I Love Her," which debuted in Brett Morgen's documentary, Montage of Heck, will be released on seven-inch vinyl on November 20th. The record features a rare Cobain original, "Sappy," on the B-side, and is scheduled to arrive two weeks after the release of the Montage of Heck soundtrack. Considering Cobain once famously expressed his love of the Beatles while bashing Paul McCartney ? who wrote "And I Love Her" ? the discovery surprised Morgen. The director told Rolling Stone, "Nobody in Kurt's life ? not his management, wife, bandmates ? had ever heard his Beatles thing."
