The Don't Be Tardy star revealed on Instagram she stopped by Dr. Simon Ourian's office to have a little nip/tuck done, only hours before Dancing With the Stars! Zolciak posed with the cosmetic dermatologist and wrote in the caption that she "desperately" needed Botox.
