Bryan Singer plans to swim with the fishes after he?s done with X-Men: Apocalypse. The writer-director announced on Instagram that he will follow the 80s-set mutant epic with his take on Jules Verne?s 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Sources say that this is not Disney?s long-gestating remake that David Fincher has been attached to. Singer?s version might come out from Fox, the studio that produces the X-films. Singer jumped on the scene with the mind-bending Usual Suspects before adapting Stephen King?s Apt Pupil and then jumping into X-Men and its sequel. He left the franchise for a decade and then returned for X-Men: Days of Future Past and is currently filming that film?s follow-up X-Men: Apocalypse.
