Rick Ross and 21-year-old girlfriend Lira Mercer are engaged. The 39-year-old hip-hop mogul has not commented. Mercer posted on her Instagram page late on Thursday a photo and video of the glamour model's giant, sparkling eternity ring featuring an enormous emerald-cut diamond, alongside a larger diamond eternity band, writing, "Forever yours" and "Thanks @rafaelloandco for making everything EXTRA special! #Mrs." she tweeted, "Happiest Day of my life."
