Uma Thurman was in high spirits on Thursday while leaving a New York courthouse after settling a custody battle with her ex-fiancé Arpad Busson . The actress was all smiles, blowing kisses at reporters as she exited the hearing. Busson, 52, sued Thurman , 45, in 2014 in order to spend more time with their 3-year-old daughter, Luna . However, it appears the former couple was able to work through their differences and come up with a plan upon their hearing Thursday. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper said, "I think it was all done to make one person happy and that one person is Luna."
