Quincy Jones is recovering after being rushed to hospital on Thursday. The 82-year-old music producer was taken by ambulance to a local medical facility near his Bel-Air home after suffering shortness of breath but he is said to be "fine'. A Los Angeles fire department spokeswoman confirmed an ambulance had been called to the address. Quincy - who produced many of Michael Jackson's albums including Bad and Thriller - previously admitted he freaked out when he heard of the icon's death from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009.
