John Cena might be tough on the outside, but he's a softy on the inside.
Cena recently made Make-A-Wish history by being the first celebrity to grant 500 wishes, and Monday night he granted one more. After finishing up Monday Night Raw this week, he turned the crowd's attention to Kiara Grindrod, a 7-year-old girl who was battling cancer.
"We've got a special fighter in the house," he told crowd. "We have a young lady who is 7 years old, and she just got some amazing news.
