The Vampire Diaries alum brought her boyfriend to Eli Mizrahi 's intimate Founding Member launch dinner party at SKY Vault Penthouse Tuesday night where an eyewitness said, that they looked very happy together, adding they "were in attendance and sitting close and acting really cute." Stowell, 30 and Dobrev, 26, have been dating since the beginning of the summer and have been spotted packing on the PDA multiple times.
