Momentum Pictures has acquired North American rights to ?The Program,? a biopic about Lance Armstrong, the cycling champion whose legacy was tarnished by a doping scandal.
The film debuts Sunday at the Toronto International Film Festival and stars Ben Foster as Armstrong.
