It's been nearly five years since Jessica Simpson released her last studio album, but it seems that the blond bombshell may now be ready for a comeback.
The 35-year-old fashion designer stopped by the Today show on Wednesday, and mentioned the recording studio being built at her home. Simpson said "That project is almost wrapped up. I maybe have, like, 3 more weeks until it's done and I'm down in my basement recording. I'm sure my kids will completely take over." While Simpson may be ready to return to her musical roots, there is a part of her past career that Simpson has since sworn off: reality TV. Simpson laughed and said"That's very rear view."
