Sources have confirmed to Variety that Dempsey is set to join Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth in Working Title and Universal?s sequel ?Bridget Jones?s Baby." The story is based on columns written by ?Bridget Jones? creator Helen Fielding, though plot details remain vague apart from Zellweger?s return as the title character and Firth?s reprisal of his role as Mark Darcy.
