Katy Perry took the red carpet by storm for the premiere of Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer in LA on Tuesday night. The singer arrived in a low-cut black halter dress and oozed Old Hollywood glamour while posing for photos; she also linked up with Jeremy ? who wore a complementary look ? for a few snaps before they were honored with a handprint ceremony at TCL Chinese Theater.
