Jon Hamm and frequent co-star Jennifer Westfeldt have ended their almost two-decade-long relationship. According to E! News, the announcement comes months after his representative shot down a breakup report. The former couple said in a statement to People magazine, "With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history." The Mad Men alum and the actress, director and writer began dating in 1997. They were last photographed together on July 22nd, at an after-party for his latest acting project, the Netflix series 'Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp.' The event took place months after Hamm completed a rehab stint for alcoholism.
