Actress and reality TV star Tori Spelling has launched legal action against the owners of the Benihana restaurant chain following an incident at their Encino, Calif., branch in April. The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star slipped and fell onto a hibachi grill while enjoying a family night out at the diner, and claims she was burned so badly she had to be hospitalised. According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.com, she suffered ?deep second and third degree burn injuries? and racked up medical expenses and wage loss.
