Matt Neal from Michigan, who is on dialysis, posted to Facebook to ask if anyone would be willing to give a kidney for a pair of his Kanye West Yeezy shoes. He wrote: "People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of yeezy's!! Well here's your chance, I'm 26 with 2 failing kidneys. Blood type: B+" According to TMZ, Kanye and Kim Kardashian were made aware of of Neal's situation and were moved. They say if he does end up trading his Yeezys for a new kidney, they'll replace them with another pair.
