Chris Brown is being sued by a fan for negligence, stemming from a nightclub shooting in January. Paul Briley has filed a new lawsuit against the Loyal hitmaker and Fiesta Nightclub in San Jose, California, claiming they "failed to provide adequate security" and "failed to implement security procedures" before five people were shot and injured at the end of the singer's performance there earlier this year.
