Chris Brown is facing a new lawsuit from a fan who claims the singer acted negligently during a recent nightclub performance in California.
According to documents obtained by E! News, Paul Briley is suing Brown and Fiesta Nightclub for negligence after a shooting on Jan. 10 left the fan shot and wounded.
The plaintiff argues that the defendants "failed to provide adequate security" and "failed to implement security procedures.
