Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner are being sued over a massive fireworks spectacle last week. Twelve residents of Marina del Rey, California, have united to take the Kardashian clan to small claims court after they feared the marina was under attack when Khloe hosted a 15-minute fireworks display to celebrate boyfriend James Harden's birthday. TMZ reports Khloe threw a star-studded yacht party for the Houston Rockets basketball player on August 25 but the extravagant fireworks show is alleged to have caused emotional distress to nearby residents.
