President Barack Obama had made an effort to interact with alternative media, as a way of reaching out to Americans where they are. This has resulted in interviews with YouTube stars, media organizations like Mic.com and Vice, and a podcast run out of a garage. But this week, Obama will go to the extreme - literally. The president is meeting up with Bear Grylls, host of the NBC show ?Running Wild,? a show about surviving in nature. NBC said in an announcement the visit will be taped and aired on NBC later this year.?
