Kanye West plans to run for President in 2020. The rapper announced his candidacy during the MTV Video Music Awards last night at the end of a long and winding acceptance speech for the Video Vanguard Award. After a long applause from the audience, Kanye rambled around on stage for a while, not even saying much until the 3:00 minute mark.
