Ever since Thanos? purple grin first appeared during the mid-credits scene of Marvel?s The Avengers, fans have been anxiously awaiting the day the Mad Titan would go head-to-head with Earth?s Mightiest Heroes. The casting of Josh Brolin in the role for last year?s Guardians of the Galaxy only further built up excitement for the inevitable confrontation that awaited. However, despite the significant role Thanos played in the central plot of that film, the character took little direct action, allowing Ronan the Accuser (Lee Pace) to serve as the primary villain. Of course, that changed during the credits of Avengers: Age of Ultron, when Thanos finally decided to take matters into his own hands. Now the question remains when we?ll see him continue his quest to wield a fully armed (pun intended) Infinity Gauntlet in the two-part Avengers: Infinity War.MTV News caught up with Brolin and asked that very question.
