31-year-old pippa middleton showed off her enviable body once again while paddleboarding with her brother James Middleton during a vacation in the Caribbean. Middleton has always been active, participating in charity bike rides, marathons and other athletic events. Many of her races are for charity, including the Safaricom Marathon in Kenya, which she ran to raise money for conservation charity Tusk Trust. Pippa had to not only endure the African heat but she also had to run it in high-altitude air at more than 5,000 feet.
