VIDEO : Justin Bieber Goes Shirtless and Skateboards on Stage at Billboard's Music Festival

Justin Bieber hit the stage during day two of Billboard's Hot 100 music festival in Wantagh, New York on Sunday. The singer made his way out on a skateboard and showed the crowd a few tricks before launching into a high-energy set. Justin started out in a black tee and jeans, then lost his shirt and linked up with DJ Skrillex for a confetti-soaked performance of his current hit "Where Are Ü Now."
Justin has been getting back to work after a lengthy hiatus last year. He popped up at the HARD Summer music festival in Pomona, CA, earlier this month and has stayed busy promoting his upcoming single "What Do You Mean?"
