So dedicated, in fact, that the nearly six-months pregnant E! reality star squeezed in a sweat session with her siblings while on vacation in St. Barths Tuesday. During their beachside workout, the 34-year-old mom-to-be was photographed flashing her baby bump when she lifted her top to cool off. Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian joined Kim for the group exercise, and all three wore black.
