Captain America: Civil War stars Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie made an appearance this weekend at Disney?s biannual D23 event in Anaheim to present fans with the first official teaser footage of the film. That sneak peek however, didn?t include any shots of the most exciting character addition franchise: Spider-Man. The new Peter Parker is played by Tom Holland who as of a few weeks ago reportedly already shot his cameo scenes while the production was in Atlanta. Now he?s back with the cast in Germany shooting even more sequences. While it was expected Spider-Man would appear in Captain America: Civil War the moment Marvel and Sony announced their partnership, a lengthy and arduous casting process and lack of official news regarding when and where a new Peter Parker would be introduced before his own new solo movie in 2017 created a sense of uncertainty.
