Tracy Morgan is going back to his roots. NBC announced the comedian and "30 Rock" star has been tapped to host "Saturday Night Live" on Oct. 17. The former "SNL" cast member has been recovering from a traumatic brain injury after a June 2014 car wreck on the New Jersey Turnpike. He returned to television this year in an interview with NBC's Matt Lauer. Morgan will follow singer Miley Cyrus and "Trainwreck" star Amy Schumer as the iconic sketch series kicks off its 41st season.
