Variety has learned exclusively that ?The Americans? star Noah Emmerich will appear in one episode of Showtime?s upcoming drama ?Billions." Emmerich will play the longtime friend of Bobby Axelrod (Damian Lewis) who joins the billionaire hedge fund honcho on an impromptu road trip that tests the limits of their bond.
?Billions,? which debuts January 17th, is set in the world of ultra-wealth on Wall Street and revolves around the power politics and finance of New York investment firms.
The cast is rounded out by Maggie Siff, Malin Akerman, Toby Leonard Moore, David Costabile and Condola Rashad.
