In comments made on Scott Vener's Apple Music's Beats 1 radio show, the 42-year-old "Happy" singer-songwriter, Pharrell Williams, talked about his first face-to-face meeting with the late King of Pop, who appeared to be rather busy with someone else at the time. Williams recalls that "We get into the trailer. "Michael comes in, he's tall, he's standing there, two beautiful women walk in with him. He kisses one, full on. It ain't like no peck. They looked Brazilian."
