Khloe Kardashian wants a judge to sign off on her divorce from Lamar Odom ASAP. Although the estranged couple have both taken steps to finalize their divorce, Khloe wants a judge to officially end their marriage by signing off on the court documents NOW. Although the two finally took steps to finalize their divorce ever since they separated in December 2013, the court has yet to finish processing their divorce papers. Meaning that by a technicality, Khloe and Lamar are still married in the eyes of the law. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will have to wait to become a free woman, as the court system in L.A. is backed up. A court services rep says it could be three months before a judge can sign off on the paperwork. Khloe?s rush to get the documents signed comes after the scary encounter she had with Lamar outside of a SoulCycle studio in LA on Aug. 12.
