Burnt is the latest comedy-drama to star Bradley Cooper in the lead role, a dramatic turn in which he plays a restaurateur and foodie bad-boy of the Paris restaurant scene. After spending some time cooling down after tarnishing his stellar reputation, Cooper?s Adam Jones hopes to regain some of his former glory and achieve the much-coveted third Michelin Guide star as head chef of his new restaurant. The trailer for Burnt offers something not altogether romantic in tone, with several frenetic shots and scenes depicting Cooper thrown out of the frying pan and into the fire of a new kitchen. Supported by a cast full of powerful and capable lead actors, Cooper strikes a figure as imposing as the likes of an Anthony Bourdain or a Mario Batali.
