Justin Bieber's new album is coming sooner than we all thought. Billboard has just confirmed that his next album will drop on November 13, just in time for the holiday shopping season. This announcement comes just a few days before he is set to release his highly anticipated single "What Do You Mean," which he's been trending on social media lately. He has also been on top of the charts for quite some time this summer with the success of Jack U's "Where Are U Now" song.
