Sir John Hurt, diagnosed with an early stage of pancreatic cancer earlier this year, is in good spirits.
The venerable actor is optimistic about this treatment despite his age.
The 75-year-old actor told Radio Times that mortality at his age is not possible to avoid, but he doesn't worry about it too much.
Back in June, in an interview with BBC Radio 4, Hurt explained that he was going "to focus on professional commitments" throughout his treatment.
He also shared, "I am undergoing treatment and am more than optimistic about a satisfactory outcome, as indeed is the medical team."
