Kylie Jenner kicked off her birthday weekend on Friday...and she's spreading the love and giving back.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star turns 18 on Monday. During the visit, one patient's two older sisters were especially ecstatic to meet Kylie. They wished her a happy birthday in Armenian and then sang to her in English. They also each presented her with a handmade beaded friendship bracelet. Other patient gave Kylie a poster-sized "Happy Birthday" card.
