Deadline is reporting that Warner Brothers pushed back the release date for Affleck's next directorial outing, Live by Night.
According to Deadline, the reasoning is a clash of scheduling.
But is there more?
Den of Geek is claiming that apparently, studio executives are so impressed by Affleck's performance as Bruce Wayne in Batman V Superman, they're in the early stages of putting together a ?Golden Deal? that would extend Affleck?s contract to include a proposed trio of solo movies.
This is the first word of possible sequels being made public, though given Affleck?s stature and Batman's Box office power, it wouldn?t be surprising if this rumor came true.
