The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star's snap was captured by the Instagram account Kylizzlesnapchats, which documents her every move on the social media site. Of course, this isn't the first time Jenner has switched up her look. She rocked icy blue hair last month, and she sported bright teal tips on her tresses last year.
