The Emmys will be getting quite a warmup this year. Hours before the 67th Emmy Awards telecast takes place on Sept. 20, "Fox NFL Sunday" will air live from the red carpet at Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater. Fox says it is the first time a sports-themed pregame show will air live from the site of the Emmys. It begins at noon Eastern time. This year's Emmycast will be hosted by Andy Samberg, star of the Fox comedy "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."
