VIDEO : Busta Rhymes Arrested for Throwing a Protein Shake at Gym Employee

Maybe there is such a thing as a little too much protein. Busta Rhymes was arrested Wednesday night after throwing a protein shake at a gym employee, The 43-year-old rapper, whose real name is Trevor Tahiem Smith Jr. , was taken into custody from Steel Gym in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood. The "Make It Clap" artist was charged with assault in the second degree after the 17-ounce strawberry drink struck the anonymous man. Rhymes was released from Manhattan Criminal Court early Thursday morning.
