Perrie Edwards is doing just fine following her breakup with Zayn Malik.
E! News spoke with Little Mix singer hours after the news broke that she and the former One Direction star had called off their engagement.
Malik and Edwards got engaged in August 2013 after a little more than a year of dating.
Despite reports that claim she's "devastated," E! News learned the young star's breakup is for the best.
Meanwhile, she and her girl group, whose new album Getting Weird debuts Nov. 6, is currently in Los Angeles ahead of the Teen Choice Awards on Aug. 16.
