The 17 year old reality TV star has been offered a whopping one hundred thousand dollars to head up over the boarder into Canada to celebrate her big birthday in style. What's more, as Canada's legal drinking age is just 18 the star can have her first alcoholic drink?Well legal one anyway. Club owner Olivier Primeau has said, " Kylie Jenner will take advantage of the Canadian drinking age with plans to celebrate her birthday in style at Beachclub."
