Justin Bieber announced on Wednesday while at On Air With Ryan Seacrest he's releasing a new single, "What Do You Mean," which will be out Aug. 28.
When the host asked the 21-year-old pop star to elaborate on the title's meaning, Bieber replied, "well, girls are often just flip-floppy, they say something and they mean something else."
He added, 'I don't really know, that's why I'm asking."
As for the sound of his upcoming album, Justin says fans can expect it to have the same feel as "Where Are Ü Now," which he worked on with Skrillex and Diplo.
