Judd Apatow offered a hilarious take on the conflicting sense of joy and horror that Donald Trump's presidential campaign has inspired, telling CNN's Don Lemon: "I really do believe that Donald Trump is the crazy girl on The Bachelor that you don't want to get kicked off too early because they're fun to watch, but you pray that they will not win." The rest of the Trainwreck director's response was more measured. He called Trump's media circus of a campaign an "enormous distraction" from important issues, and added his bid for the Republican nomination seemed more like a means of maintaining fame.
