Some big price tags on items that will be on the auction block at Graceland in August. Among the items being sold are Elvis Presley's light blue "Starburst" jumpsuit, as well as a guitar signed by the King and his Million Dollar Quartet bandmates ? Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis.
The auction will take place in the Graceland Archives Studio on Thursday, August 13th. The "Starburst" jumpsuit, which Presley wore during a 1973 stint at the Las Vegas Hilton, is one of the pricier lots. It's expected to bring in between $100,000 and $150,000. The autographed guitar, meanwhile, could cost between $20,000 and $30,000. The 174 new lots comprise the third, and largest, auction of Presley artifacts and memorabilia set to be held during Elvis Week 2015, August 8th through the 16th.
